You are much more likely to gain weight easier and quicker during the bulking phase of the anabolic dietthan in the heavier part of the cycle. You feel more energetic, energized, and feel like you've put together a solid day – as opposed to the feeling of a day not planned enough but instead has a few "weeks" left in it in order to meet all the goals, is bulking necessary to gain muscle.
